Foram deferidos, ainda, o afastamento de sigilo de dados est\u00e1ticos armazenados em aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos, bem como a quebra de sigilo telef\u00f4nico e telem\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apura a conduta de um ex-gerente de institui\u00e7\u00e3o banc\u00e1ria que, valendo-se das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es inerentes ao cargo de confian\u00e7a ocupado, teria realizado, no per\u00edodo compreendido entre 2020 e 2025, movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras fraudulentas em 59 contas banc\u00e1rias de correntistas, totalizando o montante de quase R$ 526 mil. Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, foram apreendidos dispositivo eletr\u00f4nico e documentos que dever\u00e3o subsidiar as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.
